Our history
In a highly competitive scenario in the payment industry, Adiq was founded in 2015, as an acquiring business that for six years had its operations associated with Banco BS2.
In its first year of operation, Adiq made a partnership with Adyen, a global payment platform that was looking for a partner in Brazil to have local operations. Since then, a successful relationship has started and it has been evolving for six years, originating one of Adiq verticals, called Bin Sponsorship.
In 2016, Adiq started the operation of what would become its next vertical: the sub-acquiring marketplace. With an innovative model, it established partnerships with the major players in this segment, through a differentiated proposition in the product and service offering.
In 2019, purchasing new technology platforms and partnering with Grupo Check, it started a new vertical called Acquirer as a Service, which provides a robust platform that is completely white label and customizable to its customers.
In 2020 and 2021, with the entry of the Digital Solutions vertical for e-commerce and marketplaces, Adiq achieved impressing performance, and is now positioned among the major accreditors in Brazil. The same year it separated its operations that were previously jointly conducted with Banco BS2.
